Elite Wireless is hiring a Lead Sales Associate to welcome customers, recommend wireless phones, accessories, and service plans, demonstrate products, assist with device setup, meet sales goals, and support store operations. The role also includes opening and closing the store, supporting teammates, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and operational projects. Candidates should be relationship builders, dependable, team-oriented, available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and bilingual in English and Creole; retail experience is not required because training is provided.
