Eaton is hiring a Lead OEM Sales Engineer for a hybrid role based in New Orleans, Louisiana, or Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The position sells and grows electrical component, assembly, circuit protection, power distribution, and control products for OEM customers, manages assigned customers, provides technical application guidance, negotiates pricing, prepares proposals and presentations, and resolves technical and quality issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of commercial or technical experience in the electrical or marine industry, a valid driver’s license, and must reside within 50 miles of the designated work locations; relocation is unavailable and immigration sponsorship is not offered. The full-time position has a target total compensation range of $123,750 to $181,500.
