Description
The Lead Salesforce Developer will define and deliver technical strategy for scalable Salesforce solutions, guide a team of developers, and contribute hands-on to development, testing, and deployment. The role includes translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions, ensuring system quality and reliability, applying Salesforce best practices and deployment considerations, developing custom solutions, and building Agentforce agents. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, at least 10 years of Salesforce experience, strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and SOQL, leadership experience, and hands-on Agentforce experience.
