Starr is hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer to lead a multi-phased Salesforce transformation for its insurance business. The role involves designing, configuring, customizing, and deploying Salesforce CRM solutions; implementing MDM and client unification strategies; integrating Salesforce with insurance core systems; improving data governance and platform performance; mentoring developers; and serving as a technical escalation point. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of enterprise Salesforce development experience, MDM and data governance expertise, insurance business knowledge, and strong Salesforce development and integration skills.
