Description
ACN is hiring a Lead Salesforce Platform Engineer to serve as the hands-on technical owner and subject matter expert for its Salesforce platform. The role combines deep Salesforce expertise, solution design, implementation, production troubleshooting, technical leadership, and mentoring of developers. Responsibilities include owning platform health and scalability, designing complex Salesforce solutions, evaluating requirements and tradeoffs, making independent technical decisions, improving engineering practices, and coordinating with enterprise architecture and other teams. The position requires 8+ years of progressive Salesforce engineering experience, strong Salesforce and integration capabilities, and onsite work at ACN’s designated office or facility.
