Logos Space is hiring an Optical Payload Team Lead to lead the specification, design, integration, testing, and in-orbit commissioning of advanced optical payloads for satellite missions. The role covers optical intersatellite links, optical time transfer, laser ranging, high-bandwidth optical communications, ground support equipment, supplier and budget management, technical reviews, risk management, and team leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant STEM field, at least five years of optical systems experience including two years in space-based applications, and demonstrated experience developing and managing technical teams.
