Description
Kepler Communications is hiring a Lead Satellite Systems Engineer to serve as the primary technical authority for satellite and space-system development programs. The role owns system design, integration, verification, technical risk, requirements, architecture, trade studies, readiness evidence, and mission readiness from concept through delivery, while leading cross-functional engineering teams, program reviews, customer briefings, and technical decision-making. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least 10 years of experience in space systems engineering, spacecraft development, satellite systems integration, or related technical leadership, along with experience through at least one satellite-level program lifecycle.
