CareAparent is hiring a full-time Lead Scheduling Coordinator in Woodbury, Minnesota, to master-schedule home health aide shifts, manage client and aide scheduling changes, coordinate time-off requests, maintain weekly hourly goals, and use CareAparent software to create high-quality care matches. The role also handles scheduling-related phone inquiries, reports shift completion and employee performance data, and requires some weekend, after-hours, and holiday on-call duties. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least two years of customer service experience and one year of healthcare experience; relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is also required.
