Description
Cortica is hiring a full-time Lead Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA services to students with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. The role supervises and mentors School Behavior Technicians, supports implementation of behavior intervention plans and IEP-aligned programs, collects and reviews student data, collaborates with educators and behavior analysts, and handles administrative supervision, compliance, documentation, scheduling, and school-site travel. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience leading direct reports and one year of ABA experience in a school or clinical setting, plus required safety, credential, first aid/CPR, tuberculosis clearance, transportation, and travel requirements. Compensation is $21.91 to $29.40 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
