ABM is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise facility operations and janitorial work when the manager is absent. The role coordinates daily assignments, leads and trains team members, oversees cleaning and service requests, manages keys and supplies, documents communications and time records, and ensures buildings remain clean and safe. It offers day and night shifts, pays $21.05 per hour, and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
