Apheris is hiring a Large Molecule Specialist to define scientific workflows and evaluation strategies for antibody-antigen co-folding, binder prediction, and antibody developability. The role partners with ML and engineering teams to translate biological requirements into model inputs, review outputs for biological validity, support adoption with pharma partners, and help shape the large-molecule AI roadmap. Candidates need a PhD, MSc, or equivalent experience plus at least five years in structural biology, antibody engineering, immunology, protein engineering, or a related biologics discipline, along with hands-on experience in antibody design, developability, or binder discovery and some exposure to AI/ML applied to biological problems.
