Description
GitLab is hiring a remote SEC Manager for its Accounting team to own end-to-end external financial reporting, including SEC filings such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and S-1, quarterly investor materials, earnings releases, XBRL reviews, journal entries, reconciliations, and equity rollforwards. The role coordinates Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations; maintains reporting calendars; ensures U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; and improves disclosure quality and reporting processes. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required, while CPA licensure or active pursuit is preferred. The role is based in the Americas and offers a United States base salary range of $139,000 to $235,000 USD.
