Ross Stores is hiring a Lead Security Analysis professional for its Cybersecurity Risk Management group in Dublin, California. The role leads IT security risk management and governance, including risk assessments, mitigation tracking, risk metrics and reporting, insider risk programs, security policy and standards updates, vendor/RFP support, and security awareness programs across corporate and overseas offices. The position requires five years of IT experience with at least three in security or risk management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong security governance/compliance knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office presence.
