Description
Ovative Group is hiring a Security Analyst to own the operational core of its governance, risk, and compliance program, including client security questionnaires, vendor assessments, SOC 2 operations, risk registers, policy lifecycle, data privacy compliance, and security awareness. The role also builds AI governance and enablement capabilities, supports access reviews, reporting, incident documentation, tabletop exercises, and business continuity testing. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of security, GRC, audit, or compliance experience, knowledge of major security and privacy frameworks, and hands-on experience with generative AI tools. The position is based in Minneapolis, Chicago, or New York with hybrid work and offers a base salary of $90,000 to $132,000 inclusive of a 20% bonus.
