Description
Emagine IT is hiring a Lead Security Engineer to lead the security engineering workstream for a Government cybersecurity program. The role directs security architecture, continuous monitoring, Zero Trust, emerging-technology security, and automation across a hybrid AWS environment; leads security tools, DevSecOps pipelines, dashboards, and incident-response coordination; and supervises Security Engineers and Security Engineer/Architects. The position requires an undergraduate degree, at least 8 years of enterprise security, security engineering, and system administration experience, 2–3 years of cloud security experience, and a listed security certification. It is a full-telework position with occasional on-site attendance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
