Description
Flywire is hiring a Lead Security Engineer to set technical direction across defensive platform security, cloud infrastructure defense, penetration testing, red teaming, and incident response. The role owns secure software and cloud architecture standards, IAM and Zero Trust design, automated security controls, offensive assurance, incident escalation, and the development and mentoring of senior and junior security engineers. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least eight years of progressive security engineering experience, and expertise across application security, cloud architecture, DevOps tooling, cryptography, AI security, and regulatory compliance. The position is full-time and hybrid, with a US base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 plus benefits.
