Flywire is hiring a Lead Security Engineer to set technical direction across defensive, application security, cloud security, offensive testing, and security operations. The role owns secure software and cloud architecture, automated security controls, penetration testing, incident response, and senior technical escalations, while mentoring engineers and influencing hiring and resourcing decisions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least eight years of progressive engineering experience, and strong expertise across cloud, DevOps, application security, penetration testing, incident response, and regulatory frameworks.
