Description
Hinge Health is hiring a Lead Security Engineer to build security guardrails, tooling, and standards for AI-assisted development across its AWS environment, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling. The role partners with Application Security, SRE, and R&D Engineering to enforce security-by-design, secure AI/ML systems, IAM, compliance, incident response, and threat monitoring. Candidates must be within commuting distance of New York City and have a technical degree or comparable education/experience, at least three years of cybersecurity experience focused on security operations or IAM, AWS cloud security experience, coding and Terraform experience, and hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems.
