Description
OANDA is hiring a Security Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a security engineering team while remaining hands-on in secure software development, DevSecOps, AI security governance, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability remediation, cryptographic and secrets management, security metrics, and security strategy. The role requires at least five years of engineering and DevSecOps experience, one to three years supervising technical teams, proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud/on-premise infrastructure, knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards, and a university degree in a computing discipline; FinTech and AI security experience are preferred.
