HighLevel is hiring a senior Application Security and AI Security Engineer to lead security across web, mobile, API, microservices, cloud-native, and AI products. The role covers threat modeling, secure architecture and code reviews, vulnerability triage, DevSecOps automation, AI adversarial testing, security reporting, stakeholder communication, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, 1–3 years of AI security experience, strong application and cloud security knowledge, DevSecOps and AI security testing expertise, and programming proficiency.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of cybersecurity experience in application security, product security, penetration testing, or security engineering
1–3 years of AI security experience in AI/ML security, adversarial testing, or applied AI research
Hands-on DevSecOps experience with CI/CD security automation and scanning tools
Experience assessing or securing LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, machine learning models, or AI-enabled products
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building or scaling application security practices in a SaaS or product-led technology organization
Hands-on experience red teaming LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, or AI-enabled products
Experience developing security automation, internal testing tools, or reusable security guardrails
Contributions to security research, open-source projects, bug bounty programs, or responsible vulnerability disclosure
