Description
Nubank is hiring a Lead Threat Detection professional to own the end-to-end threat detection program, including threat intelligence, threat modeling, detection engineering, AI-assisted analysis, Purple Team validation, incident response, detection coverage, and post-incident learning. The role also involves building and leading a security team, partnering with engineering and incident response teams, and ensuring detection processes meet regulatory and auditing requirements. The position is based in São Paulo, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, or Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with a hybrid work model requiring the office at least twice per week.
