Description
Nubank is hiring a Lead Security Engineer to lead vulnerability management as a technical leader across multiple security and business teams. The role owns the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, scalable controls and automations, risk-based prioritization, remediation workflows, root-cause analysis, reporting, regulatory and audit readiness, tooling integrations, and security engineering mentorship. Candidates need significant information security and vulnerability management experience, cross-functional leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, and professional English fluency. The role is hybrid, with office attendance at least twice per week, and is available in São Paulo, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, and Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
