Titan Security is hiring a Lead Security Officer / Concierge to supervise door staff and resident service teams, manage access control and visitor registration, monitor CCTV and keycard systems, conduct patrols, handle security incidents, and provide five-star guest service at a luxury high-rise residential complex on Chicago's lakefront. The role requires at least two years of supervisory or team-lead experience in security, high-end hospitality, or luxury residential concierge services, a high school diploma or GED, security licensing eligibility, strong communication and conflict-de-escalation skills, and the ability to perform physical patrols and emergency response. Compensation is $23.35 per hour, with medical insurance, paid time off, and training benefits.
