Description
The Lead Security Technician leads a team of technicians in installing, troubleshooting, programming, testing, and maintaining access control, IP video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems. The role includes coordinating with engineering and project management teams, training technicians, completing project scope and schedules, and maintaining records. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of security-field experience, one to two years of low-voltage cabling experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position pays $28-$32 per hour and requires variable hours, background checks, and drug screening.
