Boeing is hiring a Test & Evaluation Engineer to serve as the Test Technical Lead Engineer for the PAC-3 radar seeker program in Huntsville, Alabama. The role provides technical oversight to test conductors, establishes verification and validation procedures, coordinates multi-disciplinary engineering teams, develops test requirements and methodologies, leads root-cause investigations, supports readiness reviews and program risk management, and contributes to proposal preparation. The position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship, along with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and extensive experience in requirements analysis, architecture and product design, engineering leadership, test execution, missile and weapon-system integration, and mentoring. The role is first-shift, offers relocation, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
