Lead Senior Production Support / Operations Engineer responsible for operational ownership of an enterprise monitoring and observability platform across Oracle, open-source, and Microsoft SQL Server database environments. The role leads production support engineers, coordinates incidents and escalations across DBA, development, infrastructure, and ServiceNow teams, improves monitoring reliability and alert quality, supports cloud and hybrid operating systems, contributes to CI/CD and reliability practices, and mentors engineers in a Mumbai-based enterprise environment.
