Lead Senior Production Support / Operations Engineer responsible for operational ownership of an in-house enterprise monitoring and observability platform across large-scale database environments. The role leads production support engineers, coordinates incidents and escalations across DBA, development, infrastructure, and ServiceNow teams, improves monitoring reliability and alert quality, supports cloud and Windows/Linux environments, contributes to CI/CD and security practices, and mentors engineers during high-severity incidents.
