Description
Parloa is hiring a Lead / Senior Solution Engineer to guide enterprise customers through the technical adoption of its conversational AI platform. The role owns technical sales, solution design and architecture, customer advisory, account collaboration, product feedback, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a solution engineering or similar customer-facing technical role, strong knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture, experience with complex enterprise sales cycles, strong communication skills, and native or bilingual German with strong English.
