Friendship Village of Dublin is hiring a Lead Server for its Culinary Department to lead and support dining room servers, assign pre- and post-shift duties, greet residents and guests, answer menu questions, supervise service quality, maintain safe and sanitary work areas, delegate cleaning tasks, and attend training. The role requires effective English communication, menu and meal-service knowledge, and the ability to work cooperatively with residents, guests, families, supervisors, and peers; hotel, restaurant, or club experience is preferred, but training is provided.
