The Lead Server supervises restaurant operations and the server team at Montage Deer Valley, assigns duties, coaches and trains servers, supports food and beverage service, promotes menu items, maintains dining-area cleanliness, and ensures a positive guest experience. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, basic communication skills, and at least one year of food and beverage operations experience; supervisory, microsystems, and luxury hotel experience are preferred.
