Wyndemere Senior Living is hiring a full-time Lead Server for its culinary and dining team. The role performs hands-on serving, hosting, food running, and front-of-house duties while assisting dining management with staff training, mentoring, supervision, and meal service flow. Candidates need food-service experience, experience hosting and seating tables, and at least completion of sophomore year of high school; senior-care experience is preferred. The position offers $17–$18 per hour based on experience, a $100 sign-on bonus, medical, vision, dental, and pet insurance, and accrued paid time off.
