Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting a full-time Dining Room Lead Server for its culinary team. The role provides hands-on serving in the dining room, supervises dining-room appearance and server stations, coordinates resident and guest seating, schedules waitstaff, trains and mentors servers, records meal counts and reservations, and uses the point-of-sale system. A high school diploma or GED is required, while food-service and senior-care experience is preferred. The position pays $17.00 per hour.
