Description
Wyndemere Senior Living is hiring a full-time Lead Server for its culinary team. The role performs hands-on front-of-house serving, hosting, food running, and table service; trains and mentors front-of-house staff; assists management with supervising service flow; and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, presentation, and dining room standards. The position requires at least completion of sophomore year of high school, food service experience, and hosting/seating experience, with senior-care experience preferred. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour based on experience, with medical, vision, dental, pet insurance, and paid time off.
