Description
Wyndemere Senior Living is recruiting a full-time Lead Server for its culinary and dining team. The role performs serving, hosting, food-running, and other front-of-house duties; trains, mentors, and directs front-of-house staff; supports dining-room management; and maintains food quality, sanitation, presentation, and service standards. Candidates need a minimum sophomore-year high school completion, hosting and seating experience, and food-service experience; senior-care experience is preferred. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, and pet insurance, plus up to 23 days of paid time off annually.
