Description
Wyndemere Senior Living is hiring a full-time Lead Server to support dining operations in a senior living community. The role performs hands-on serving, hosting, food running, and front-of-house duties; trains and mentors staff; assists with supervising service flow; and maintains food quality, sanitation, workstation, and dining-room presentation standards. Candidates must have completed at least sophomore year of high school, have food service experience and experience hosting and seating tables, while experience working with seniors is preferred. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour based on experience, with medical, vision, dental, pet insurance, and paid time off benefits.
