Description
Wyndemere Senior Living is hiring a full-time Lead Server to support dining operations in a senior living community. The role performs hands-on serving, hosting, food running, table setting, order taking, and guest service while also training and mentoring front-of-house staff, assisting management with service flow and supervision, and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and presentation standards. Applicants must have completed at least sophomore year of high school and have food service plus hosting and table-seating experience; experience working with seniors is preferred. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour based on experience, with medical, vision, dental, pet insurance, and paid time off benefits.
