Wyndemere Senior Living is hiring a full-time Lead Server for its culinary team, working open availability across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts. The role performs hands-on serving, hosting, food running, order-taking, and guest-service duties while assisting dining management with training, mentoring, supervision, and meal-service flow. Candidates need food-service experience, experience hosting and seating tables, and at least completion of sophomore year of high school; experience working with seniors is preferred. Pay is $17–$18 per hour based on experience, with medical, vision, dental, pet insurance, and paid time off benefits.
