Devoteam is hiring a Lead ServiceNow Architect in Munich or Frankfurt to serve as a strategic advisor and technical lead for enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The role covers architecture, roadmap and solution design, enterprise transformation, quality assurance, pre-sales, workshops, and mentoring of consultants. Candidates need at least nine years of consulting or IT-service experience, including five years focused on ServiceNow, plus proven leadership of complex multi-module implementations, ServiceNow certifications, technical integration knowledge, and strong German and English skills.
