Fairmont Southampton is hiring a Lead Shift Building Operator to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance of the resort’s building systems and equipment. The role supervises building operators and maintenance technicians, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, manages work orders and inventory, supports upgrades and special projects, responds to emergencies and guest requests, and collaborates with hotel departments and contractors. Candidates need at least five years of experience in building operations, maintenance, or a similar engineering role, along with relevant trade certification or equivalent qualification.
