Description
The Shift Operations Lead (CPD) supervises daily digital print activities at a Regional Production Center, allocating labor, equipment, and materials; coordinating with client services, pre-production, digital production, production specialists, assistants, facility management, field teams, and vendors; and overseeing quality, on-time performance, productivity, 5S, and order-control standards. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience plus 1–3 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to supervise up to 10 employees.
