Salute is hiring a Lead Shift Technician in Elk Grove, Illinois, to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, performance, and reliability of critical data center infrastructure. The role leads and develops the technical team, coordinates work across shifts and vendors, manages resources and personnel, supervises contractors, and serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and customer requests. The position reports to the Chief Engineer, requires five years of data center experience and leadership experience, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The base salary is $87,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
