Backcountry Outlet is hiring a Lead Shop Tech to oversee bike, ski, and snowboard repair, maintenance, assembly, tuning, and customer service at its retail store. The role also includes training and mentoring shop technicians, managing inventory and parts, supporting sales and store operations, and handling cash and credit-card transactions. Candidates need at least three years of experience as a bike and ski/snowboard technician or in a similar role, strong mechanical knowledge, customer-service and communication skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
