Description

Coherent Corp. is hiring a Lead, WPS Projects & Programs to lead Workplace Services and cross-functional HR projects and programs from planning through implementation. The role owns project governance, reporting and analytics, stakeholder alignment, change and implementation, process improvement, and digital enablement. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of relevant project, program, HR operations, PMO, or business operations experience, along with advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in project or program management, Workplace Services, HR Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or a related field
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and programs from planning and governance through implementation and completion
Experience in project governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
Experience working across functions, locations, and organizational levels and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a complex or multinational organization
Experience in process improvement, change management, digital enablement, and implementation of new ways of working
