The Lead Simulation Engineer will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Simulation Engineers and Crowd Modelling Experts, focusing on building a capable and autonomous team. This role involves defining and improving simulation standards, overseeing model development using advanced simulation software like PEDFlow, supervising data collection and analysis, and collaborating with various engineering disciplines. The engineer will also drive continuous improvement of simulation workflows and contribute to the overall strategy for the simulation discipline.
