Description
Astrolab is hiring a Lead Simulation Engineer to direct the technical work of its simulation team, including simulation infrastructure, vehicle and subsystem models, and integration with GNC and flight software in software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop environments. The role manages simulation development priorities, verification and validation plans, sprint assignments, and technical performance improvements while also performing hands-on simulation work. Candidates need a STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, along with experience architecting complex-system simulations and integrating them with vehicle or flight software.
