Salma Health is hiring a Lead Site Clinical Research Coordinator to establish and manage research operations at its Fremont clinic, including startup and closeout of the ATLAS study and sponsored trials. The role coordinates study vendors, participants, data, regulatory submissions, IRB activities, monitoring visits, and compliance with FDA, ICH/GCP, and institutional requirements; it may also support regulatory activities for La Jolla and Laguna Hills sites and grow into team leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a health science or related field, at least three years of clinical research experience, regulatory submission experience, and the ability to perform phlebotomy or obtain certification after hire. Compensation is $72,203–$100,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits.
