Description
Mastercard is hiring a Lead, Site Reliability Engineer for its Real Time Payments International team to drive operational stability, incident management, change readiness, monitoring, observability, automation, and reliability across critical payment platforms. The role leads medium- to high-severity incidents, coordinates with engineering and program teams, mentors junior members, and contributes to documentation and operational improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least 8 years of production support, SRE, or BizOps experience, distributed-systems exposure, and knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and DevOps practices; payments experience and programming-language experience are preferred.
