Mastercard is hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for its Business Operations team to improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications and foundational AI platforms. The role covers service lifecycle management, CI/CD and DevOps automation, monitoring, incident response, production support, and mentoring junior engineers. It requires a BS degree or equivalent practical experience, strong scripting and software design skills, and experience with production AI, machine learning, data platforms, or large-scale distributed systems; experience with C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby is preferred.
