Vinted is hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability strategy and architectural evolution of its machine learning platform. The role leads the technical roadmap for training and inference infrastructure, architects high-performance GPU-based inference solutions, establishes SLOs and observability standards, and mentors senior engineers. It also oversees deployment workflows, automated experimentation, and integration with GPU fleets used for model training, production inference, and LLM serving. The position is based in Vilnius or Kaunas with a hybrid work model and a gross monthly salary of €6,767–€9,150.
