Description
SimCorp is hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer – Observability to unify telemetry, metrics, logs, traces, and events across its cloud-native and Azure-based products and services. The role focuses on instrumentation, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, incident response, SLO and error-budget management, reliability automation, and collaboration with product, architecture, and engineering teams. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Azure and OpenTelemetry expertise, infrastructure-as-code knowledge, and familiarity with AI/LLM workflows. The position follows a global hybrid policy with two office days per week and includes rotational shifts and on-call support.
